Directions

From M40 travelling from London

1. Take junction 8 onto A40 heading Oxford.
2. After 1 mile take exit A418 Thame.
3. After 30 yards turn left heading Wheatley noting brown information sign for Waterperry Gardens.
4. After ½ mile turn right heading Worminghall/Brill/Oakley. Also brown sign for Waterperry Gardens.
5. After ½ mile turn right heading as above.
6. At sharp 'S' bend continue past entrance to Waterperry Gardens towards Worminghall.
7. After 3 miles arrive in Worminghall village at the end of the village turn left at cross road. This is Menmarsh road and Wornal Park is signed.
8. After 1 mile turn right into Wornal Park turn right through green gates and continue down estate number 12 is on the right half way down. Please note that the green gates are electronically closed out of hours.

From M40 travelling from Birmingham

1. Take junction 8A
2. At the top of the slip road at roundabout take A418 heading Oxford.
3. Continue straight over next roundabout.
4. After ¼ mile turn right to Wheatley note the brown sign Waterperry Gardens. Be careful not to miss this turning.
5. Follow instructions 4 from above.
